Basic Functionality - the very act of movement is therapy

Time & Space - no worries. Here's a simple exercise for any space & any time.

  1. Knee Tucks ( core, abs & upper leg ):

    1. sit on a stable surface

    2. bend knees towards your chest

    3. hold & extend, return to start

    4. repeat for Beginner, Intermediate or Progressive as shown in diagram
