Basic Functionality - the very act of movement is therapy

Time & Space - no worries. Here's a simple exercise for any space & any time.

  1. Wall Push ( arms, chest, back ):

    1. feet flat on a stable floor

    2. bend at the elbow

    3. move toward the wall

    4. extend arms & return to start

    5. repeat for Beginner, Intermediate or Progressive as shown in diagram
