Basic Functionality - the very act of movement is therapy

Time & Space - no worries. Here's a simple exercise for any space & any time.

  1. Shoulderstand Squats ( core, abs, legs ):

    1. lie flat on the floor

    2. bend knees towards your chest ( do not rest on neck, shoulders only )

    3. hold & extend legs, return to start

    4. repeat for Beginner, Intermediate or Progressive as shown in diagram
