Basic Functionality - the very act of movement is therapy

Time & Space - no worries. Here's a simple exercise for any space & any time.

  1. Wall Pull ( arms, back, shoulders ):

    1. feet flat on a stable floor

    2. hold the sides of the wall

    3. bend at the elbow (pull yourself towards the wall)

    4. extend arms & return to start

    5. repeat for Beginner, Intermediate or Progressive as shown in diagram
