In Change Management, we learned about the Kotter Accelerate Model (2014) where step 6 is explicit: "celebrate short term wins."
In a project lifecycle there is always something to celebrate even when the close (Basic Session 12) is a termination, reboot or salvage.
Lessons learned: Celebrate positive outcomes.
